It is true that in the Peruvian Jungle there are exotic products that promise changes in people’s behavior. For example: becoming irresistible for the loved one or increase the sexual prowess for the one that drinks it. This is the case for drinks made of steeped barks and aguardiente (alcoholic beverage obtained by fermentation and later distillation of sugar cane). One of them is the popular 7 Roots. This drink, as its name implies, is prepared from seven roots of plants that grow in that region. In addition to producing a pleasant flavor, it also has aphrodisiac effects. The great family “El Aguajal” invites you to get to know the variety of products that they have for a unique audience. In order to recreate the green scenery of their native Moyobamba, the numerous Rojas Prada family decided to bring the palm tree of aguaje to their logo. That is how, at the beginning of the 90s, “El Aguajal” restaurant opened in the capital, which was full of people from the Jungle who were demanding food and drinks from their region.

Husk bark "cascara", chuchuhuasi (Maytenus macrocarpa), cat's claw, iporuro (Alchornea castaneifolia), clavo huasca (Tynnanthus panurensis (Bur) Sandw) and sanango (chiric sanango), sugar cane aguardiente, and honey

Best to drink it cold or in cocktails.
