Cusipata noodles are made with the original recipe from more than one century ago. Its process is 100% natural. Each kilo contains more than five eggs, offering more protein and vitamins than traditional noodles. Enjoy this egg noodle in Tagliatelle form with spinach. Cusipata was founded in 1921, in the District of Cusipata, Province of Quispicanchis located in Cusco at 3400 masl. The name refers to the town it belongs to, "Cusi" means "happy" or "happiness" and "Pata" means "place" or "space" and together it could be translated as "Place or space of joy."
Enriched flour, fresh eggs, dried spinach powder, and vitamins
(For every 400 g) Cooking time: 10 min.
- Boil 5 l of water with 3 tsp. of salt.
Add the noodles, stirring occasionally.
Cook for 10 min. or until you find the point of softness to your liking.
Strain and serve with the sauce of your choice.
Once opened, store in a cool and dry place.
