Andean peppermint (Minthostachys mollis) essential oil is known as the mint of the Incas. It has been used to control various types of respiratory problems that decongest the respiratory system. Native Peruvians have also used it to heal fractures and dislocations. Andean peppermint essential oil is extracted from a shrub with small leaves and multiple branches, highly prized for its medicinal and aromatic values.

RECOMMENDATION AND SUGGESTED USAGE

To relieve digestion: 1 drop after meals
To alleviate respiratory problems: 1-2 drops and massage.
Sinusitis: massage the sides of the nose, cheekbones, and around the ears.
