Cusipata noodles are made with the original recipe from more than one century ago. Its process is 100% natural. Each kilo contains more than five eggs, offering more protein and vitamins than traditional noodles. Enjoy this egg noodle with a tie shape very small. Cusipata was founded in 1921, in the District of Cusipata, Province of Quispicanchis located in Cusco at 3400 masl. The name refers to the town it belongs to, "Cusi" means "happy" or "happiness" and "Pata" means "place" or "space" and together it could be translated as "Place or space of joy."

Preparation in soups or main dishes:
- Boil for 7 min over medium heat and stir.
Serve with your favorite sauce: Bolognese, Alfredo, Pesto (it absorbs sauces very well)
