- It can be used purely for arthritis, muscle pain, and neck pain (place a few drops at the pain point, massage until the oil is absorbed by the skin).
- For flu, allergies, asthma, migraine, stress: put a few drops on the chest at the level of the heart, nose, and neck.
- Also, place 5 drops in an electric diffuser or burner as a fragrance.
